He held her, he rocked her, he looked after her as well He loved her, he adored her, this is a sad story to tell She had cancer, she was so small and so very weak She reached for her son and planted a kiss on his cheek He was fearful of losing her, she was all that he had He didn't have an aunt, an uncle, a brother or a Dad She would let him sleep in the bathtub, safely secure She would refill it with hot water, her heart was so pure He looked after her most of his life, the memories were small He was always there for her, he always stood so tall She was thirsty one night and got up to get a drink She was so weak that she collapsed

There goes the path the one I'm supposed to be on, I took the turn just to be home. The road narrows it soon becomes a blur, did you know that i did love her? I close my eyes so tight, feel the warmth of sunlight. I know tomorrow will be a poetic sight, and today I just don't have to fight. The stars make sense even when I don't, and I know if I told you it's just something I won't. Okay, so my name is Rach. I am 18 years old and have been writing poetry since I was 13 years of age. I am a very opinionated person and also very stubborn. This could be a good or bad thing XD. I care more about the people I love than anything and would do just about anything for them. I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. However, the second you lose my trust, you will never get it back. I do not believe in second chances. I am generally a happy, out-going, fun and crazy person. I enjoy making people laugh, it's something i'm good at. I am a bit of a clutz, and also the type of person that pushes a door that says pull. I trip over my own feet and walk into glass doors. I am honest.. but most probably too honest at times D: .. It gets me into a bit of trouble. However when push comes to shove, I will always be there for the people I love and care for. Family and friends come first in my opinion. So um.. check out my stuff, feedback would be awesome, as one day I would like to do something with my poetry. Good feedback would be awesome, however, so would tips that can help me improve myself. Well anyway, I'm sure i've bored your pants off already. So I will just leave it as this.
